Startup Ideas is creating the go-to resource for budding, and existing, entrepreneurs to discover and validate new start-up business ideas. We are in build phase, so please bear with us, we will keep you posted when we launch. Creating new ventures is exciting, motivating and rewarding (sometimes...), but it is also inherently risky. There are many gremlins that can get in the way to stop people being successful. This is where we come in, we are here to take away as much of that early stage risk as possible, to ensure your success.

About me

My name is Charlie Henderson, I am the founder of Startup Ideas. I have always loved new business ideas, and the opportunities that come with them. I love the beginning, the ideation, the creation process of creating something from nothing. But having created several businesses from scratch now, I know that a lot more is needed than creativity. A lot more.

I got my first taste of entrepreneurship as I child, when I sold my mother's free weekend newspaper CDs, to our neighbours (For more than the newspapers), and I have been working on new ideas ever since. Since then, whilst I have created several businesses from scratch, some more successful than others; I have also had more than 50 ideas sitting in my business backlog.

As I am moving on from my full-time role at a VC backed start-up I co-founded, I started to build up a system to discover and validate new business ideas from my backlog and beyond. It then came to me, that what if I could provide the ideas to others, in a de-risked fashion to help others create their own dreams.

Magic Ideas, is that idea. I will start to share my process of idea discovery and validation to help other entrepreneurs decide what to launch. Revealing hidden opportunities for new business attacks.
